I think we all need to be a lot more frustrated and louder that gender equality in pay remains an issue in 2013. Come on people, our country has serious problems. Let’s take this clearly inequitable, inexcusable one off the table.

It. Is. 2013. What possible sane excuses exist to not give women the same salary and perks as men for the same job?

Please ramp up the volume on this, ladies and enlightened men. Please.
