Here’s the deal: if you’re going to blowhard about your convictions, you’ve got to show up when they’re being discussed. Even if it’s not convenient. Plus, should elected congressional members leave work before their work is done? If so, shouldn’t they loose their bitching rights just like all the rest of us if we blow off something important when it’s being presented?
