The BP oil spill will negatively effect our environment for however long this spill shortened it. Maximum fine: $200,000.
Laugh or cry? Chump change for Messrs. Cheney and Bush who probably make than that in a week due to their connections. Connections which also, interestingly, put our country and service men and women in harm daily as Halliburton profited greatly over the first Iraq war, a conflict some would call the then President Bush and VP Cheney’s private jobs.
Those two and Bush Jr. should be prosecuted and also fined $200K quarterly simply because it’s as random an option as all their justification and excuses were for the war, the oil spills, etc., etc.
The House of Representatives of 2012-13 or the earlier period referenced here — both despicable entitlement abuse from GOPs who need compasses to find the direction to morals.
