Republicans love to talk about voter fraud. In their minds it runs rampant and is pretty much the only reason you can ever explain anyone left of Phil Robertson being elected to office. Well. That and the all the “free stuff” Democrats give out. Like “food stamps,” housing, and medical insurance.

But when you read stuff like this survey, it seems pretty clear that there are many US Citizens that are technically capable of voting, but mentally probably not quite up to the challenge. 29% of Louisiana Republicans think Obama is to blame for the poor response to hurricane Katrina. Seriously! I wonder what percentage believe Obama is to blame for the Great Depression. Or the Civil War.
