If the GOP is as smart as they think they are, I recommend we suggest an amendment requiring an IQ test before someone can vote. Has to be double digits, at minimum. Then let’s say it has to be 110 or above to participate in the discussion and see what happens from there. My bet is it’ll be taking place in the left wing of the White House 🙂
