Once again, corporate America is writing legislation and then bribing politicians to get it passed. Of course thanks to our lack of campaign finance sanity, this is all perfectly legal.

Yet life goes on. Yoder will get re-elected. Citigroup will continue to have customers do business with them. And in the not too distant future, we can count on bailing out Citigroup and other big banks once again. We will bail them out. They will destroy the economy. They will get rich. We will suffer.

I guess it is a Merry Christmas for the executives at big banks all over America.
