Representative John Lewis tried to shame Republicans for not attending the commemoration of the civil rights march in Selma. I don’t see this having much impact on Republicans. Given that Republicans are still trying to take away the vote from minorities by passing laws that make it harder for them to register and vote, this should come as no surprise.
