Freedom of Religion (as Long as its Christianity)

March 26, 2015 by Chris Kite

Indiana has passed a law that allows business to refuse to serve people if it is objectionable because of their religious beliefs. In other words, they can turn away customers because they are gay. This is all because the poor Christian majority in our country suffers such horrible discrimination. At least in their minds.

It is shameful and ugly. I’m hoping that lots of organizations speak with their dollars and pull conventions and other business from the state. And I’m looking forward to the first time someone finds a way to use the law to discriminate against Christians. It will happen. And it will make me smile. And I’ll bet the state will then decide to walk the law back.
