Marco Rubio says if you’re against gay marriage it gets you labeled as homophobic. Yep.
Just like back in the 60s, when you used religion to try to justify and rationalize being against equal rights, you got labeled a bigot.
Being against gay marriage has nothing to do with religion. If you don’t want to marry someone of the same sex, no one is asking you to. If the right can’t make everyone live by their religious rules, they are going to continue to whine and complain about discrimination.
As is usual for the right, Rubio is simply trying to stir up fear, uncertainty, and doubt. The right has nothing to run on but fear. They have nothing to motivate people but fear. They have nothing but fear. The right is nothing but fear!
