Who Will Watch The Employees That Are Watching The Employees?

This is typical conservative nonsense. First, it makes the assumption that lots of government workers don’t do their jobs. That is an unfair characterization, just like attacks on those few that abuse “welfare,” those that are in the bottom 47%, stereotyping people by race or religion, or a general attack against police officers.
If we ignore that mischaracterization that most government workers don’t do their jobs, then you get into an endless loop. Because by nature, the people in this “covert division” of government that are watching the regular workers are also government employees. So someone needs to watch them. So then we need to hire a super covert division. And on and on.
Won’t this be kind of expensive?
Also, I know how conservatives love to talk about private industry and how government should be more like that. Is he saying that commercial industry, as a rule, has a covert group of people watching the rest? Because I’ve never seen this at any company I’ve worked for. Or maybe they were so covert that I didn’t realize they were watching me?
