Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia is upset. He thinks the language in the Affordable Care Act (ACA or Obamacare) was clear that subsidies would only be applied to insurance purchased through state run exchanges. It is very clear, he says. And he goes on a rant about it in his dissent.
