Another Successful Step With Iran

Showing that the nuclear deal with Iran wasn’t for nothing, Iran has turned over tons of it’s nuclear stockpile to Russia. This is a significant step and shows that Iran is so far complying. It is a positive step because Iran now has far less nuclear material from which to make a bomb. I cannot think of anyway in which that is a bad thing!
This deal is potentially one of the bigger successes of the Obama administration. The GOP hates it. They only understand starting wars and don’t understand diplomacy. The GOP seems to think military intervention resembles a Hollywood movie with the “good guys” always winning and minimal casualties for the US. That isn’t how Afghanistan or Iraq worked. With a much stronger and bigger military, that certainly is not how war in Iran would work.
I would much rather have Iran turning over nuclear material to Russia than starting another hopeless war in the Middle East. I would much rather return some of Iran’s money than to watch more of America’s young men and women go off and die in war.
When thinking about voting for the 2016 election, think about which party believes war is always the answer and which party prefers to avoid the deaths of America’s young men and women whenever possible.
Thank you, President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry, all the other US People that made this happen, and all the other nations that believed in diplomacy over war.
