I’m Sorry Mr. Rubio, That IS The Media’s Job

Marco Rubio doesn’t like the fact that everyone is calling him out for being unprepared, not having specific policy answers, and repeating a talking point during Saturday’s GOP debate.

He apparently sent out a fundraiser slamming the media for distracting people from real issues. First of all, the first people that slammed him were the other GOP candidates. Second, the media is doing its job in calling out how unprepared Rubio is to become President.

Sure. Debates can be hard. But being President is harder. If you can’t be prepared during a debate with some simple facts and basic policy ideas, surely you don’t think you’re capable of being President!

Sorry, Marco Rubio. Your new talking point doesn’t see either. You need to come up with specific answers and specific policy positions that actually make sense and will pass peer review before you get to be President.

Perhaps Rubio should stop trying distract Americans with canned talking points that have no meaning. Perhaps Rubio should tell us exactly how he would improve things if he were President.
