Does everyone remember the part in article 2 of the US Constitution were it says Presidents cannot nominate Supreme Court Justices in their final year in office? Me either!

Isn’t it funny how Republicans are all for strict interpretation of the constitution until it comes to the stuff they don’t like? And they’re all for the way things used to be until it’s something they don’t like.

The best possible outcome I can imagine is Republicans being Republicans and blocking Obama’s nominee, followed by Sanders or Clinton winning the Presidency and then appointing Obama.
