I would like to think Ted Cruz is truly blocking this bill because he is reviewing it. But given Cruz’s history as a horrible, miserable excuse for a human being, I find that very unlikely. He has shown a gleeful willingness to block anything to fire up his base. I’m confident this is just another example of his obstructionism.

The people of Flint need help. Ted Cruz is a horrible person for further delaying it.
