Believe It. It’s Over.

Hillary Clinton has secured enough delegates to win the nomination. Sure, this includes super delegates, but those super delegates aren’t switching to Bernie Sanders and it is time for Bernie Sanders and his super fans to come to grips with that fact.
Even without super delegates, it is likely she will cross the majority threshold of regular delegates tomorrow. Just in case the anti-super delegate crowd wants to know the count with them. This, of course, is the same crowd that is arguing that Bernie Sanders can lobby them and get them to switch, going against the will of the people like his supporters accused them of doing months ago when they supporter Clinton even though she hadn’t won yet.
But here’s the thing. The math has been against him for some time. She leads Sanders by 291 pledged delegates. This is a greater number than a week ago. In other words, Sanders is going in the wrong direction. It’s over!
But if that isn’t enough, Clinton leads Sanders by more than 3 million cast votes.
And she has won 29 caucuses/primaries to Sanders 21 wins.
It’s over. It has been for some time.
There are no fairy unicorns ready to fly over the rainbow at the Democratic convention sprinkling the crowd with Sanders pixie dust.
