According to the New York Times, Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort shows up in the no longer secret ledger from the political party of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanakovych as the recipient of over $12M in cash payments.

There is no evidence he actually received the payments, but it shows yet more troubling ties to the corrupt former Ukrainian regime which was decidedly pro Putin and pro Russian.

It raises further questions about the Trump campaign and its ties to Russia and to Putin. Trump has repeatedly made statements that reflect a decidedly pro Russian policy position and Putin has expressed admiration for Trump.

When combined with alleged Russian hacking of DNC servers, you have to wonder just what is going on with Trump and Russia!
