Donald Trump is anything but transparent when it comes to being honest and open about his campaign, his charity, his taxes, his medical history, or most other important issues.

In an interview with Pittsburgh television station WTAE, Donald Trump Jr dropped some poor excuses about why his father’s taxes have not been released, and sounded like his father when he claimed his dad “has more energy than any human being alive.” Really? Exaggerate much?

When asked about how Donald Trump is going to bring back steel to Pennsylvania, he had no answer. And seemed to kind of backpedal.

He complained about everyone questioning everything about Trump just before questioning The Clinton Foundation. Never mind that the Clinton Foundation is highly rated by charity watchdog groups, gives no financial benefit to any of the Clintons, and they serve as directors for free. How is it pay to play if no one is getting paid? Unlike the Trump Foundation, which has been found to have improperly donated money to Florida Attorney Pam Bondi just before Bondi dropped the investigation into Trump University. That sure seems like pay to play!

But when asked about the Trump Foundation’s potentially illegal use of funds to purchase a portrait of Donald Trump, that was too much. At that point, an aid cut off WTAE’s Bob Mayo.

Why the lack of transparency? Don’t voters have a right to know if Trump is hiding corrupt business practices with his foundation? Don’t the voters deserve to know what he has paid in taxes, what countries his income comes from, and how much he actually donates to charities? Don’t voters deserve to know the truth about Donald Trump’s health? Not some bogus letter or TV show, but real medical test results?
