Facts Are Dead

It has been a grueling and stressful campaign. And the devastating loss was even more stressful.

There are possibly many victims if what Trump promised comes to fruition. But at this point, I think we should prepare to fight, but not panic too much.

There is one undeniable victim in this election, but the victim started dying a slow death years ago. Facts are dead. Perhaps it is the internet. It is certainly the information age. People can now decide what their point of view is, and then search for confirmation that they are right.

We’ve seen it with so many things. Global climate change, vaccines and autism, quack like cures, bad for you or good for you foods, GMOs, chemtrails, landing on the moon, and the list just goes on and on.

But what is clear is that the way Donald Trump was able to win his election was to tell lie after lie, deny that he ever told the lies, or say that you’re lying that he is lying. I am fearful that truth and facts are dead.
