In what has become pretty much a daily occurrence, Donald Trump’s transition team performed yet another chilling action today. Proving just how petty, vindictive, and unfit for office he is, Trump’s transition team requested the names of Energy Department staff that have worked on climate change projects. Given Trump’s ludicrous claim that global warming was a hoax committed by the Chinese, you can bet that he isn’t trying to gather names so that he can reward or promote them.

His fascist transition team continues to go against a long history of non-partisan decisions on staffing of civil service roles within the government. Rather than trying to deal with a very real and dire issue that is almost unanimously agreed on by the scientific community, Trump’s transition team appears hell bent on just covering up the science. Of course this won’t make the problem go away. It is the equivalent learning your house is on fire, but you just don’t believe it and you’re not getting out.

Many of us said repeatedly during the campaign that Trump was unfit to lead the country. His cabinet picks and actions since winning the election through the electoral college prove this to be the case.

This is a clear and obvious witch hunt and will likely result in the loss of jobs for people that have devoted their career to working for the government. It appears they are headed toward being rewarded by a vindictive attack from a know nothing bully that wants to kill the science behind climate change.

I would imagine should he follow through in taking punitive action such as firings, there will be law suits. And you can bet that Donald Trump won’t pay those lawsuits. That will be on the American taxpayers. Which of course isn’t likely to hurt Donald Trump since he most likely doesn’t pay taxes. Which we might know for sure if he weren’t so secretive and dishonest that he refuses to release his taxes.

Donald Trump continues to look more shameful and unqualified with every passing day.
