Investigate The Botched Yemen Raid

It seems obvious to many of us, that we saw typical Donald Trump “management” with the botched raid in Yemen that claimed the life of a Navy Seal.
The raid was apparently not given the go ahead by the Obama Administration because it was deemed too risky and therefore planning was not completed. There are claims by the White House that the raid was designed to yield intelligence, but sources say no valuable intelligence was obtained.
This raid appears to have been an unnecessary risk. From what we’ve seen from Donald Trump, it was likely given the go ahead with little thought or planning, other than to have a successful military action that he could try to use to his political benefit. There should be an investigation into this raid.
We need to know that the reason for it was. What the risk assessment was. What the specific goals where and how many of them were accomplished. We need to know who recommended it and who didn’t.
This is important. We need to know what happened, how successful it really was, who authorized it, and what the risks were understood to be.
