Does anyone remember all the concern during the Trump campaign and after he won about how he could possibly keep his business interests separate from the role of running the country? Remember how people were worried that it would be impossible to be impartial and not focus on the business when taking world politics and international relations into account?

Well it appears those worries were quite reasonable. Because now the Trump Administration says that when Trump’s son in law, Jared Kushner, met with executives of sanctioned Russian bank Vnesheconombank he was there as an official representative of the campaign and the Trump Administration.

Meanwhile, the bank is saying it was a business meeting. I think there is a good chance they are both right. And I think it is pretty likely that the Trump Administration is using their political positions for business purposes.

This is the train wreck for our country that we all saw coming!
