I really do not understand how anyone with any level of understanding of the world could support this guy. Almost every day, we see some new horrifying action that threatens to decrease the safety of not only Americans, but the entire world.

With his budget proposal to slash the National Institute of Health he greatly raises the risk of an uncontrolled world pandemic.

With his budget proposal to slash the State Department he greatly raises the risk that the world will spin into a crisis with no United States to step in and help stabilized things.

With his lack of foreign policy knowledge and ignorance toward world order and foreign powers, both friends and foes, he risks pushing the world toward widespread war.

With his growing Islamophobia, he risks an emboldened and heavily followed ISIS or other radical Islamic organization.

With is inability to determine what are real problems and what are distractions he increases the risk that we will suffer a national crisis that we are not at all prepared to deal with.

With his lack of support for NATO and world alliances, he creates a vacuum where the United States was once viewed as the world’s only remaining super power and where our role was widely recognized to protect stability and defend against tyranny.

Perhaps the most chilling quote in this article was:

“Whether by design or by default, Trump may well preside over the closing of the era that began when the bombing of Pearl Harbor awakened the United States to the responsibilities and privileges of international leadership.”
