Republican President Donald Trump recently claimed, despite a lack of any evidence, that former National Security Adviser Susan Rice committed a crime.

This is another lie. He is attempting to distract the American public and media from the real issues, such was what communications happened between members of his campaign, the transition team, and his administration and Russia. What was discussed? Who discussed it? When was it discussed?

We need an independent investigation, not more nonsensical attempts to distract the public.
