Republicans seem to almost all be in agreement that missile strikes against Syria were the right thing to do in response to the horrific chemical weapons attacks on civilians.

But I have a question for them. If they are so sure it was the right thing to do, where were they when President Obama asked them for authority to attack back in 2013?
