This is a very chilling piece that examined every police shooting in Florida between 2009 and 2014. Anyone that denies this shows obvious racial bias needs to open their eyes and really look at the facts. There is no way this is anything BUT racial bias.

By covering up or ignoring the issue, law enforcement is not only doing a grave disservice to their community, but they are also continuing a long running cycle of distrust of police. Which leads to more violence in these communities and a more dangerous environment for police.

No one is saying all shootings are unjustified. But this pattern is deeply disturbing and doesn’t require much thought to figure out there is a real problem.

This shows we have a real problem. Black Lives Matter and the law enforcement community needs to deal with this issue much better than they have been!
