Republican President Donald Trump may just be an idiot. But I find it more believable that he knows exactly what he is doing and lies because that is how he has always operated.

He recently talked about how soldiers receiving treatment at Walter Reed Medical center were not allowed to receive religious items while they were in the hospital. That is a lie. It is not true. Patients have never been forbidden from receiving religious items while at Walter Reed or any other military hospital.
