A study done by independent non-partisan Kaiser Family Foundation estimates that about six million Americans would see insurance premium increases because of the new pre-existing conditions rules in the rollback of Obamacare.

And of course, of those six million Americans, many would find themselves priced right out of having health insurance coverage at all.
