Donald Trump tells us he is going to build his wall and get Mexico to reimburse us for it. And he says that the estimates are wrong and he’ll do it for $12B or less. So how does he plan to keep the costs down?

• He’ll stiff the contractors and not pay them for their work
• He’ll file bankruptcy for the country after it’s done so that he can restructure the debt

These are all tactics Trump used as a “tremendous” business man.
