As if private for profit prisons aren’t bad enough, there is no a class action lawsuit against a for profit prison company that is requiring ICE detained prisoners to work for $1 per day.

Profiting off prisons seems highly immoral and wrong. The problems they have created are well documented. From bribing judges to sentence people for long terms to mistreatment these horrific organizations are inhumane and should be illegal.

At least someone is taking the side of the prisoners in one example and trying to make the corporation pay. And hopefully stop the practice.
