In All But Six States, You Can Be Fired For Being A Victim Of Domestic Violence

1

June 21, 2013 by Jan Stone

All you have to do is read the title to know there is NOTHING right about this. NO justification. NO excuse. In all but six states, those who fire others for being a victim of domestic violence should, in return, live in a domestic violence situation equivalent to the victims’.

Domestic violence is the weapon of choice for cowards and those with no moral compass. Show me someone who commits domestic violence, I’ll show you someone who lives off of shaming others, excuses, lies, insults, justifications and never, ever accepting responsibility for their actions.

That this is a reality in 2013 is a horrid smear on our country’s reputation as well as proof men are still making the rules as their knuckles still drag across the cement. It makes me ill, how about you?
