More Repulsive NRA Reaction

There really is nothing too low for the NRA and gun nuts. Nothing is out of bounds. The only thing that matters to them is the sale of guns and ammunition and no data or facts are going to deter them.
They are repulsive. They are responsible for thousands of deaths in this country every year. Just like any organization would be that fought against safety issues for automobiles, air travel, children’s toys, or any other product or service that could be made safer through limiting access, training, safety features, etc.
The argument for gun rights is not crystal clear. The Constitution does not provide a basic right for any person to own any type of gun and possess it in any situation. Despite what gun nuts want to think.

This organization embarrasses me as an American citizen. It’s a group of wealthy bullies–young and old white guys and, yeah, probably their “gals.” I honestly think they’re illiterate. Or have ADHD. They don’t even bother to read or listen to reasonable compromises. I’d always thought the “their way or no way” mentality made them appear ignorant. It has nothing to do with appearance or perception, it’s reality. I again go back to my belief that the right to vote should be attached to an IQ test as well as proof of citizenship. Double digits need not apply.
