In Texas, idiots with guns are a pretty common occurrence. After all, Texas loves guns and has no problem with idiots carrying guns. Apparently bringing a gun into church doesn’t seem odd to Texans. I guess nothing says, “I’m a good Christian” like carrying a gun around.

And, of course, when you let idiots carry guns, stupid things are going to happen. This guy only shot himself, and while he apparently didn’t seriously injure himself, he might do better next time. Or he might shoot someone else.

It kind of makes you wonder how a place that calls itself a Family Life Center would allow people to bring guns into their place of worship. But it is Texas!

Idiots carrying guns. Idiots taking guns into churches. What could possibly go wrong?

Well, this, for one thing.Who would have ever guessed that as gun laws grew increasingly weak, and more people started carrying guns in more places, that there would be these type of accidental shootings on a regular basis.

Certainly not the NRA!
