REgarding the most recent Muslim ban, Republican White House aid Sebastian Gorka recently claimed, “There is absolutely no way on God’s earth that they can make that case, that this is something to do with xenophobia or a religious group.”

This is yet another Trump Administration lie. The President and his staff have repeatedly referred to the banning of Muslims. It is purely based on religion and that is the way it’s been framed since the early days of the campaign. The judges that have put a stop to the latest ban specifically because the President and his administration have referred to it as a Muslim ban.
