Oh, The Irony

Oh, The Irony!
Here we are nearing the end of the 2016 Presidential Election and the irony just simply can’t be beat.
We’ve got a major party candidate that has rape allegations against him, has bragged on camera about forcing himself on women and invading beauty pageant dressing rooms. He bragged about a ten year old girl that he would be dating her in ten years. Numerous women have come out to talk about his unwanted sexual advances. He denies it all. It is just politically motivated warfare initiated by Hillary Clinton he says.
Meanwhile, he is parading around the women that accused Bill Clinton of unwanted sexual advances. There has never been any admission of guilt or court ruling that found Clinton guilty in any way. And Donald Trump is paying them to talk about it. But somehow this speaks to Hillary Clinton’s ability to be President.
That’s right. The women that accused Trump of sexual assault are all liars that are part of a vast Clinton conspiracy. The women that accused Bill Clinton and are being paid to talk about it are proof the Bill’s wife is unfit for office.
Oh, the irony!
But wait! There is more. Think about this. Donald Trump is the Republican Party candidate. You might remember that the Republican Party spent over $6M investigating Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky. She was a reluctant witness. But it was proof positive that Bill Clinton was unfit to be President. Meanwhile, while a good percentage of Republicans have come out with comments about Trump’s bragging about sexual assault, and some have even rescinded their support for him, many are still backing him and the party is still standing behind him.
The Republican party is the organization that is so concerned about transsexual people having access to public bathrooms and locker rooms. But Donald Trump bragging about walking into dressing rooms with naked minors? That is apparently worthy of a United States President. Fear inclusive laws that allow transgender people to live normal lives but elect Donald Trump who thinks it is fine to walk into a dressing room with naked minors.
Oh, the irony!
Interesting parallels. I was alarmed at first when you stated Bill Clinton was unfit to be president. But now I understand how you get to that reasoning. Bill Clinton made his share of mistakes and embarassed us all, but even now he owns up to it. And even now he is still working for the greater good. He is a brilliat mind. He can’t help it he was born with a Y chromosone.
